In his current role as a Customer Success Manager, Ben has transitioned to focus on enhancing the customer experience. Working collaboratively with both the sales, marketing and engineering teams, he strives to ensure a seamless and successful journey for the MobiusFlow community. Ben's unique skill set, combining design sensibilities with a deep understanding of product functionality and market demands, enables him to bridge the gap between technical aspects and user satisfaction.

Ben is not only a driving force behind MobiusFlow's visual identity but also a key player in fostering positive customer relationships, meaningful and consistent customer experiences and a commitment to excellence in the development of MobiusFlow as the core component of choice for System Integrators and IoT Solution Providers globally.

In his spare time, Ben is an experienced skier, ex-downhill mountain bike racer, and restorer of all things old, including Land Rovers, boats and machinery.

Having handled multiple brands simultaneously, often under constrained budgets, She is known for organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute resourceful and result-oriented assignments. The roles undertaken have honed skills in brand and customer strategy, new proposition and market development, creating customer acquisition and retention touchpoints, website and digital marketing strategy development, with specialization in social media, public relations, events, point of sale, direct marketing, including database management. Keata excels in interpreting market trends and adapting strategies to industry changes.

Holding certification as an inbound marketing consultant, she works closely with businesses to implement associated methodologies, offering services such as targeted keyword research, content ideation, social media and editorial calendar creation, and email marketing outlines.

Tiffany's expertise lies in copywriting and content production across various platforms, including web, social media, email, digital advertising, and print.
